Important: We do not manufacture, produce, or directly provide the flowers, chocolates, gifts, or other items featured on our platform. These are sourced from our network of partner vendors.

2. How Our Service Works

• You select items and experiences through our platform
• You provide payment and delivery information
• We coordinate with our vendor partners to fulfill your order
• Our vendors deliver the products/services to your specified recipient

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and include our coordination fee. Prices may vary based on delivery location, timing, and vendor availability.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

3.3 Service Fees

Our prices include a coordination fee that covers order processing, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and customer support.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

4.1 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order, not that it has been fulfilled.

4.2 Fulfillment

We work with our vendor partners to fulfill orders. Delivery times and availability depend on vendor capacity and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4.3 Substitutions

In cases where specific items are unavailable, our vendors may substitute with items of equal or greater value. We will attempt to notify you of significant substitutions when possible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before delivery: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee
• 24-72 hours before delivery: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund (order may already be in preparation)

5.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

• The order was not delivered as specified
• The delivered items were significantly different from what was ordered
• The items arrived damaged or of unacceptable quality

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@theloveforu.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

As a coordination service, The Love For U:

• Is not responsible for the actions, quality, or reliability of third-party vendors
• Does not guarantee specific delivery times (though we work diligently to meet them)
• Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Limits liability to the amount you paid for your order

7. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Ensure the recipient is available to receive delivery (if applicable)
• Not use our service for illegal purposes
• Not provide false or misleading information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by The Love For U or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Our Collectible Moments (Custom Playlist, Voice Note, Video Message, Love Letters, Memory Chain) are digital products delivered instantly upon payment completion.

11.1 Digital Delivery

• Digital products are available immediately after successful payment
• You will receive a unique gift link to share with your recipient
• Gift links remain active according to your purchased tier (48 hours, 30 days, or lifetime)

11.2 Digital Refunds

• Before recipient access: Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
• After recipient access: No refund (digital content has been consumed)
• Technical issues: Full refund or replacement if technical problems prevent gift access

11.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our digital products are designed to help express emotions and create meaningful moments. We do not guarantee any specific emotional, romantic, or relationship outcomes from using our products.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, or actions of government authorities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in the state and federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
